"Jazz" is a broad genre with as many different styles as you can imagine. It helps to know what style you prefer. This is a very "deep" collection, it's all worth something.

If you have access to the entire collection, consider just buying the whole thing then sell off individual titles as you go along. This will likely be the most economical approach. You'll need to inspect and grade each title for condition and do a proper sale of each one separately.

This was a great read, a lot of the history of jazz is represented here.

When someone sells a collection like this all in one lump, they usually wind up getting maybe 50% of it's real value, (or less), than selling each title separately. This is why I suggest buying the collection whole and parting out what you don't want. It's possible to wind up keeping significant portion of the collection at no final cost to you, or even turn a profit.

The caveat is that you have to learn to deal with selling collectables on eBay or elsewhere, shipping items and dealing with idiots and thieves who will mess with you. Been there and done that. But if the LPs are as pristine as claimed you could come out well financially and maybe only a little more grey on top.

Some of those titles are certainly OOP in all formats. It could take a couple years to sell them off piecemeal.

If any of this interests you, so some searches on eBay and Amazon for some of those titles and see what they are actually selling for (not asking prices).

Shes not actually asking a whole lot of money per LP between $5 and $10 might make her an offer for the whole lot and see what she says

I found one that's selling from $50-100, I won't tell you which one.
Those were asking prices though. If you can get the lot for $5/per I don't see how you could lose out.

If you do this you'll want to take some time and get plugged into the used LP marketplace. Know how to grade them for condition, etc., and where the best places to sell them are. Buy yourself a good LP cleaning machine. eBay and PayPal can eat you alive with fees. International shipping is also steep. I'd wager there's a pretty good market for collectables right there in Israel. Jazz in particular has a massive used market since most are OOP. Even when they do get re-released its in limited quantities.

Good decision. There are some gems in that collection and you can sell the rest as Grimes recommended.
