JBL's MTC-300BB8 One-Cubic-Foot Backbox / backcan features extra-thick 16-gauge metal construction and a thick resonance-eliminating lining that also provides extra bass response.
Made for the Control 328C and 328CT 8" Drivers, this backbox has knockouts on the sides and top panel.
Extra-Thick Construction
Strong and durable, this backbox is made of 16-gauge metal.
MDF Lining
With a half-inch of medium-density fiberboard lining, this backbox is constructed to eliminate extra resonance and increase bass response.
I bought 6 of these for an ATMOS setup. I did not realize that they are huge and won’t it my basement.
I opened only one of the six boxes and others are in sealed boxes.
$45 plus shipping each. I can look into bulk shipment if you buy 4 or 6. These boxes are huge.
