All of my Channels, except the locals, seem to be having jerky video. Not just occasionally but all the time. Anybody no what's up. What will help? a box reset? If so, how do I do this.

you do a reset by holding the standby button (button on left of front panel) for a few seconds/then release


stb will reboot itself and take a few more minutes to acquire guide data


also try different resolutions: use the red button behind the access door on the right of the front panel: each press toggles a different resolution
