I watched this on a whim with my 8-year old today and was pleasantly surprised. An absolutely gorgeous HD transfer, 3D animation on par with Pixar, and colors so vibrant they practically pop right out of the TV. The movie itself was really good too, followed the Biblical tale but with a lot of humor thrown in. Aimed at younger kids but a great movie for the whole family. It runs 2 or 3 more times this month, check the Showtime schedule for dates.

I completely agree. I recorded this a while ago when it was on and played it for my niece and nephew, but I enjoyed it to. Really great looking stuff.

Great...I don't get ShowtimeHD. I'd really like to see the HD version.

It will be on Starz HD in January or February, don't remember which.
