I am trying to layout a home theater setup in my house I just bought and had a couple questions. Is there a limit to how far you should run audio/video cables? I want to mount the TV on the wall but run all the cables up the wall, in the ceiling, down the opposite wall and plug in all the equipment in the corner between the sofas. It would be 6 feet up the wall, 15 feet across the ceiling, 8 feet down the opposite wall. There will not be any power cords.

Also what TV would you suggest out of these?

Pioneer PDP-5080HD

Panasonic TH-50PF10UK

Panasonic TH-50PF9UK

Panasonic TH-50PZ700U

Or what else would you pick for around $3,500?

Thanks for the help

Ohh and another question. I have only used the speakers that come with TV's but would like to get surround sound but not spend a fortune. All I do know is that I want a good sub for those action movies, I want to feel the BOOOMS
. What would you suggest for around $1k-$1,500?

Is that price just for the sub or the entire surround sound speaker system with sub?
