Just got the AVR-1912 and wanted to set it up while my speakers arrive. Picture looks great on my tv, but the phones jack doesn't appear to work?


Is there an audio select output that I don't know about?


The headphone jack should work without speakers ever being set up, yes?


Any thoughts are appreciated...
