When I first got my JVC I installed CapDVHS0306e on my computer and was able to capture streams directly to my computer with no problems what so ever. I recently had to format and reinstall everything, reinstalled capdvhs0306e, installed the JVC Tape Transport driver, and record the video, everything appears to be fine, but when I play back the .TS file the video is very "jumpy". It's almost as if there is an improper field order in the mpeg file. In the settings tab the only things that are checked are Convert 188 bytes, Check PTS, Delete SyncByte. I even tried deleting the .ini file and letting it rebuild it.

Anybody have any clue as to what is going on? I don't have any previous captures saved so I can't tell if this is happening because of the capture process, or in the playback process. Although I have tried playing back the files using different mpeg2 codecs. This happens in HS, STD and LS3 modes.
