Jvc 4910 in room with white walls and ceiling

I have a throw ratio of 3.3m (a little over 12 feet) so I'm guessing a 100" screen is max? Which screen would work best in this setting? Given the projector is not super bright but the white walls will detract. Can a gray screen have some gain in it perhaps? Do motorized screens develop creases and such?

The only other alternative is to project against the other wall but then I'd have to rearrange my living room so the sofa is against the windows and the screen would block a door to the kitchen.
