Just got my JVC 30K. There's some registration survey I can fill out to get free D-Theater tapes. One is a House of Blues, the other is Motley Crew. Are these any good? Should I even bother filling out the survey card?

In a word... Yes


I am a Yes fan and truely enjoyed the "House of Blues: YES" tape, the other, Motley Crew is brighter and shows better PQ but the YES tape is captivating.

Yes, get the tapes. They are free. I sold mine and made a good buck on them. I received $100 for the demo tape that came with the unit.

The audio and PQ on the Yes tape is excellent. I haven't watched the other one yet. But it's FREE. Just fill out the survey and you'll get the tapes in about 2 weeks via Airbourne.
