JVC X500R - AS-IS -- SOLD
I'm selling my beloved but non-functional X500R. I purchased four years ago from another AVSer here. I believe I am the third owner. It has functioned wonderfully, but recently stopped working due to the common ballast issue. Of course I don't know for sure if it is the ballast, but seems very likely. Before the unit stopped working, it was fully functional, zoom, shift, focus no problem, as I used it in a CIH setup.
I'd estimate about 3000 hours on the unit, based on my usage and what the previous owner told me. The current lamp has about 2000 hours on it. I have had it on a shelf, not sure what previous owners did.
