I am a first time poster, but a very long time lurker. I want to thank the extremely valuable information I have gotten from this website and thread.


I just received my 55WF a couple of hours ago. I purchased online from OneCall, not because they were the most inexpensive but because of the excellent reviews on this board. I ordered it on Monday afternoon and received it today at noon. The OneCall rep was very helpful and replied to several emails I had promptly. There were no surprises working with them.


The 55WF was delivered by FedEx and the delivery person even helped place the box in the garage and out of the rain.


Can't wait to get home and start setting it up!

I really like my 55WF. I have notice a slight screen door effect on poor quality signals, but it's not bad at all. With HD signals it's an amazing picture. I think you made a good choice. You're gonna be the most popular kid in the neighbor come march madness time.

The box had a slight indentation in it when it was unloaded from the fedex truck (in the middle of my cul-de-sac), so it took about 30 minutes for us to inspect and document the issue. I had many neighbors eyeing that big box with the SONY WEGA '55' on the side!!


Good thing it is supposed to rain the rest of the weekend, gives me a good excuse to stay inside and goof off!
