Does anyone know the part numbers for the backlights for this model and how many it takes or could you give me the size and wattage of the bulbs?


I have downloaded the repair manual (150 pages) and still could not find any info on the backlights.

Why are these parts so hard to find? am I not using the right jargon?

Can't find anything about the WCG CCFL replacement parts...

They come as part of the panel. Only way to truly tell would be to disassmble and check for some kind of identifier/screening on the lamps themselves.

Yeah, I kinda expected that. I just didn't want to tear down my TV until I had the replacement bulbs in hand. I have contacted Sony via Email hoping they would respond with the part numbers just now got a reply to contact them by phone.


Maybe I'll get the answer.
