KEF KHT6000 ACE $350 each a good deal?

I was at my local audio shop today to checkout the ProMonitor 1000 and the ProCenter 2000 from definitive, and when i asked the store owner are there any other options to be consider at that price point, he offered me the KHT6000 ACE

( http://www2.kef.com/us/SurroundSound/KHT/6000 ) that's displayed in the window for $350 each. Is this speaker any good?
