I just need some advice I have got my headphones cord caught in my CD Changer like 4 or 5 times already when my headphones were plugged into my receiver upon opening & closing my CD Changer will this do any damage to the CD Changer it's a 5 disc

The Kenwood CD players are not designed to have headphone cables get caught on the CD tray. As such, it is very possible that repeated use of the device in this way could cause a problem with the player in the future.


I recommend that you refrain from allowing the headphone cord to get caught by the carousel tray.

I did it by accident still reading CDS like new. I didn't hurt the motor did I? I would never do this on purpose.
