What exactly would you consider to be fair?
The CTCA2 did replace the CTC1. The A in the name stands for automatic so it auto recognises different signals(480, 720, 1080/540). On the units before the A designator you needed to set the dip switches according to the singal.
I think there is still one of the CTCA1s at work. If memory serves, it was about $210.
