Hi,


I just bought the Sony 50" Grand Wega and so far I am very happy with

it. I was alarmed yesterday when I went to best buy to buy some cable

and spoke to the salesperson. He was telling me about the problems

they have been having with the bulbs blowing within the first couple

of weeks. I just wanted to see if anyone bought this set and if so,

have you had any problems? I bought the TV directly from Sony and just

have the limited warranty that Sony offers. I just found out that the

extended warranty is going to cost me $519. Whoah.
