I dont have alot of money the klipsch r10swi is being discontinued, and is 249.00, was wondering if anyone thinks this would be a good budget sub. Its regularly 449 an its wireless. No way Id pay full price but a 249 seems like a good deal. I was wanting to know if it sounds any good. An if it would be worth getting .

Sound and Vision tested a small 5.1 system with the Klipsch R8SWi and it had nice flat response from 33hz to 133hz so you should be fine.

Most tiny subs do NOT have this flat a frequency response.

There IS no comparison. The Polk is what you normally get for $250; a peaky "one note" sub.
