The sub sounds great,but there is a rattle in the box somewhere when i turn it up.Is there a fix for this?

anyone have the same issue?
If you post this in the "Subwoofers, Bass and Transducers" section of the forums you'll probably get more expertise on the problems with this sub, as this is the Speakers section.
But while you're here, is it a rattle, like a penny is inside, or a constant rumble? And what flooring is it on normally? Same place as the picture?
