KNOLL Projector

Anyone here have experience with the Knoll HDP-1200 projector? The following link is a recent review:

The specs say that a 125" screen with a brightness of 10fl is the max. How bright is 10fl? Would I be happy with 15-17fl?

SMPTE target brightness is 12ftL. Start with about 16ftL then as the lamp ages, it will drop through the 12ftL target area and when it gets to 8ftL, replace it.
