Is it just me or has anybody else noticed KTLA LA-Channel 5 is coming in a little blurry and the frame-rate seems to be a off on DirecTV? I don't know what exactly is going on but it's like sort of feels like watching a highly compressed video. Did they drop the bitrate or something?
