Is anyone else noticing a faint static line on the right side when they're showing the main camera? It's driving me crazy, and I can't concentrate on the game !

When you say "static", do you mean video "hash" or an object that is static (not moving)?

It would be less of a puzzle if it were occurring on the left side than the right. The left side can sometimes show a sliver of the source that is in preset (the next source the switcher will go to) as a way to be sure the source is really there. This sounds like something different.
NetworkTV,

Any chance the ESPN Plus games being broadcast in HD for the Big 12 Tournament, since they are going to have to an HD truck there why not send an HD feed to the affiliates that can do HD?

Thanks
That would be sweet HiDef...but I doubt it...

I will be seing the whole thing in HD though...or IN person...

Not sure which is clearer.

Didn't notice the line, but wasn't paying that close of attention.
I saw the whole first half of this game last night (on D*). Awesome PQ I thought, although a bit dark (probably the arena). I didn't notice any static line, but I only saw the first half though.
Yea I noticed the line on the right side (more middle right half side not the edge). It seemed to be only there for the one main camera. I don’t blame ESPN for the darkness of that arena; they keep the lighting low in there so the empty seats can’t be seen. I have heard it called the Loid Noble Mausoleum. :D
I watched the game on Cox in OKC and thought that it looked terrific. (The outcome wasn't bad, either.) The attendance last night was 12,504, which isn't bad in a building that seats 12,000. The Lloyd Noble is a hard place for visiting teams to win basketball games in -- Ask Oklahoma State. :)
