I have had the 300 for about a month now and am very happy with the unit. Dvd's look great thru my XP-30 player and so does satellite thru S-video. However when I use the vga input with my notebook to watch dvd's the image is poor.I am using Windvd on my pc,is there a better software ? I have Powerdvd, is that superior ? Or maybe I am not watching in the right resolution ?Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I would be quick and say dont use a notebook. You'll find that most notebooks have a crap screencard and is to be used only with the TFT panel on the computer. But ofcause, if you can get PowerStrip to work on it to make a pixl perfect match and use TheaterTek as DVD player it could work great.

Cheers
