During the afc playoff game on cbs i saw a commercial saying the laker games on kcal channel 9 will be televised in HD starting in feburary. does anyone know if just the games will be in HD,or will kcal start broadcasting in HD in los angeles? and will we be able to see the games in HD on directv?

Not sure if I want to give Laker info to a Celtic fan

, but, the only thing I know about this is that Laker games on KCAL 9 will be available in HD starting Feb 2 on TWC channel 409. I'm not sure about the rest of KCAL.


No info on D* tv. You may want to call D* customer service.

thanks dylan24 ,iv'e been a celtics fan for over 40 years,but i love to watch basketball in HD,even if it is my enemy lakers.
