the audio on the US BD (straight DD) is **** compared to the HD-DVD DD+ track, the bass is weak on the BD, in fact no comparison to the DD+ track
would love to have this and see how it stacks up, as this is one of my favs

The HD-DVD's track is recorded at a low volume. It's ****, so the BD must be truly awful.
I'll be curious to see if the Korean release is done properly. If it is, I am buying.

The US HD DVD with DD+640 should sound like the US BD with DD640.
I guess im one of the lucky ones that got TrueHD on my HD DVD.

Does that site have an English version? I was thinking of "switching-over" my HDDVD.

when big studios release BR or the old HD DVD.. the only thing new are the sound tracks and the subs....

It's interesting because the HD DVD didn't have TrueHD so they actually created a different encoding for this, no? I wonder if the video is any different.
Again, so funny, considering I've never seen this movie and have no interest in it.
