I record Law & Order on Wednesday evenings every week - but not the many spin off L&O versions. But UTV seems to think that it should add L&O Criminal Intent, etc for me.


I didn't want a TIVO - it seems I have one though. ;-)


Is it a guide issue, or is there a way to fix this?

No, with a Tivo it would know the difference between the different series!

Yes, it's even more of a pain when you have to remove them all individually. Same problem with the Simpsons....


All you can do is remember to set it to record each week.

TiVo also knows the difference between "Iron Chef" and "Naked Chef" or "Inside Schwartz" and "Inside Edition"

I think there are episodes of those better than plain Law & Order at times and I religiously record all 3.

If I wanted UTV to make me watch new shows, I'd have bought a TIVO.





I guess I'll have to wait for either an update to the software, or an update to the guide data.
