I have an Sanyo XP21 that, once past some initial problems that Sanyo repaired, has been great. Lately, however, I have noticed that whites are now white on the left of the screen and more green on the right side. Since my projector is less than 6 months old, is this typical?

This sounds like a burnt polarizer plate. How is the ventilation? There is a lot of heat inside these projectors. You need to clean the filter regularly and make sure that the projector is mounted in a location that provides adequate airflow thru the projector.
