Hi to all,

I just redid my downstairs and I am going to be sitting 11 - 12 feet away from the lcd tv that you help me select. From this distance I gather it wouldn't be effective to purchase a 1080p lcd.

I would like a 46" lcd or bigger, however I know 720p"s don't get much bigger than 46" unless i'm wrong.

Are there some really good 720p lcd's out there that are 46+? If so let me hear about them.

What about 40-42" and maybe 46" TVs...I'm looking to spend up to $4,000 but I'm guessing I will spend much, much less. What is the best LCD/Plasma to buy, or should I wait for something coming out in the next few weeks? Thanks!

Hopefully 1080p...

Samsung 65F, Sharp LC-46D92U, LG 42LB5D, Toshiba 42LX177,

The LG and Toshiba aren't out yet, haven't read anything.

Anyone have any ideas on how the LG and Toshiba might be? And any news on how the Samsung 65F is holding up? Thanks

ANDY
