I have a 4-year-old Samsung 52" TV (LN52A750) I bought from Best Buy that its upper-right corner has gotten progressively worse over the years as far as the whitening. I have 2 months left on my extended Best Buy Performance Service Plan and I am wondering how they normally handle an issue like this as far as how they classify it.

Has anyone else had the same issue and used the plan with quick success, or are they going to try and take my TV for weeks and do something with it?

I'd like to know what others have had to go through before I make the call. Thanks.
