Hi everyone,

I know many of the members have purchased products from starceiling-designer (I purchased the products based on the rave reviews Oliver received) and I was looking for feedback related to product support. I have purchased several items from this website for a 12'x12' star ceiling and up until now Oliver has been very responsive and helpful. Now that everything is installed, the power supply does not seem to be working and I have sent several emails over the last two and half weeks and submitted a product support ticket on-line and still no response. Has anyone experienced any similar issues with the power supply or support related issues? I'm assuming everything is ok with Oliver but with the lack of response that is also a concern. I'm starting to become very frustrated because my theater has been on hold for over two weeks. Any feedback related to the products or support would be much appreciated.
