I purchased my first ever gaming PC yesterday (i7 processor, EVGA GTX 670 FTW edition). Because of this I am under the impression that I should have it hooked up to an LED set as opposed to my current Plasma. The plasma I have is an entry level Samsung 43" 720p model from 2 years ago. I am happy with the picture quality but it will also be nice to get a 1080P model.

What model LED's are recommended here between 40 to 46" around $600 to $800?

Thank you very much!

hi,

congrats on gaming pc.

yes, you should not hook up to your plasma, if you were to leave it on for a period of time and walk away from it, you can get what is known as Burn In.

you can use any led/lcd panel. I myself am using a 40 inch Sony LED as my monitor. out in living room is another pc I have hooked up to my 80 inch Vizio. I use for Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, and just browsing web, and it works great
