I have a chance to get either pair of speakers. Please note, these are the old speakers (it's the old Helicon line and the Legacy's are about two years old). I cannot listen to them side-by-side but both sound pretty good. The Legacy's aren't as much as the Dali's. Any comments would be most appreciated.

Can't give you much advice about the Legacy's since i haven't heard them, but i do own the Dali Helicon's and they are outstanding sonically. There is a dedicated Dali thread here that you might want to look at/ask questions in.
