lenticular air vents

I need to get lenticular air vent cover for a 4 inch by 48 inch vent. Anyone know of suppliers whether online or in Chicagoland area?????

Well they did not have any and don't know what I am talking about.

Any heating -cooling suppliers to try that you guys know of???

If you're just trying to quiet down the sound of the air coming out and have access to the duct work you might want to try an in-line duct silencer. Otherwise, I think you might be looking for what people call a linear diffuser.

You have been most helpful. Yes a linear diffuser sounds right. I had these ducts made to decrease the sound of the heating/cooling in the theater room and now just want to be able to close off the ducts to decrease the heat in the room etc. The duct is 4 by 48 inches.

I e-mailed hvacquick and see if they have it.

Now that you know what I "mean" if you have a direct supplier that would be great.
