Actually, I think "leveling" has been going on for quite a while on pc games like World of Warcraft. I think it's usually from companies with players overseas. Why hire an American when you can increase your profit margins by outsourcing?

What's the difference in paying for this service over buying some game just because the acheivements are easy? Nothing really.
This embodies old fashioned American capitalism. I say good for them if people actually pay for this, if you can make people give you money for absolutely nothing you are a great salesperson!
Its a good concept, a buddy of mine sold his Warcraft character for like 100s...Check on Ebay that crap goes insanely high. But those prices are ridiculous considering they can be had in a weekend of gaming and rentals from your local Blockbuster.

At what point is having points more important than owning games? You can buy at least 4 games with that money...you could even buy another core system. The first person who buys points from them deserves to lose their console. Give it to someone who appreciates gaming but can't afford it. It really is a new low.
