Here is the secret location of the secret beta drivers that has the new AC-3 switching logic. It is listed under Delta_ver_27_final_2 for the Delta 410/1010/1010LT cards.

Use the included Delta-Uninstaller to remove the old drivers before installing this version. Also make sure that the S/PDIF is selected for output in Sounds and Audio Devices.
