I'm planning on purchasing a new Sub mainly for music, it will probably get used 50/50 for music/HT, but I care mainly about music. I had previously asked for recommendations and was set to get the Epik Legend, but now am considering the Outlaw LFM-1 Plus or EX depending on their Black Friday prices (if any). In the past it seems they've discounted these and sometimes discounted or thrown in shipping.


Assuming the price was the same on the LFM-1 EX and the Epik Legend, which would be the better choice?


How does the LFM-1 Plus and the Epik Legend compare, again assuming similar pricing?


I still think the sealed design would be best, but many have said that the VTF2 and VTF3 are musical, and they appear to be similar in design to the Outlaw.

I have both the Hsu STF 1 (Outlaw subs are siblings to the Hsu co.) and an Epik Legend...In nearfield listening, the Legend is just a bit tighter/musical than the Hsu...not much tighter, but it is noticeable FWIW

Thanks, i'm leaning towards the legend, but if the deal from Outlaw or Hsu is good, it may make the decision more difficult.
