Lg 42lf20 lcd 42"

Forgive me for my stupidity but can someone give me a quick rundown on the LG 42lf20 LCD unit? I have until tomorrow to buy it and save about 40%. It appears to be a great unit but I have not read any reviews or really done any of the homework I normally do when making a big ticket purchase. We just relocated overseas and I just started looking for TV's. In the big scheme of things how does this unit hold up and rank. From the one day Ihave had to look at TV's this one appears to be the best for the money in relation to everything else out there. Truth be told I would like a 50" but just dont see the need to spend that much more.
