I am possibly going to purchase this TV (LG52lb5d).....Does anyone have any input on this model? It got good ratings on Consumer Reports but reviews on CNET were not that great. I do not know much about the LG tv's.I have also been looking at the Samsung LN52A550. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Always use multiple prof. reviews, along with user reviews as well, I like C-Net but they aren't end all be all either.
