Noticed that Microcenter has the LG 60 on clearance for $1299.99.

Was able to get my local Best Buy to match price, but your luck might very.

FYI....If you are a gamer who sometimes plays split screen multiplayer you might like the "Dual-Play" feature. It is cool.

They had the same for 1199 a few months ago. I was able to get Best Buy to price match and had it delivered for free. I feel like for the PQ, I got a pretty good deal. There are some quirks (not the blackest black levels, some motion blur) but you can look in the Samsung F8000 forum (the best 1080p on the market today) and see those and more complaints about that TV that costs almost 2.5 times as much as this one.

Yep. I had missed that deal, but when I saw it for $1299 if figured it was still less than anyone else was selling it. For me the black levels are good, but not plasma good. It did take some tweaking to get everything just right, but that is half the fun. For some reason people tend to think that black levels are everything. Don't get me wrong they are important, but this TV has better PQ than my current plasma. Also I did hear some complaints about input lag on this tv. Funny thing is some websites say it is great for gaming with little lag. (39ms rated "great") while others say it is bad. See below for a database. Personal experience I do not see any difference between this, my other LCD, or my plasma.

Also if you run split screen games check out what this tv can do.

Only problem is that you have to purchase separate glasses.

I found 4 pair for $16, or you can make your own using 3D glasses. There are directions online.
