I have recently got the lg bd300 which i'm running through my 47lg5010 screen, all is beautifull and no complaints.

Being a bit of a newby to the whole hd media arena, could anyone please point me in the right direction in playing films through external hdd on bd300, I've downloaded a couple of blue-ray titles, in formats unknown to me

and having difficulty in converting them to a format the player can read from hdd? Also manual says hdd must be fat16/32, (this of course no good for film files bigger than 4gb) however i formatted hdd to ntfs and bd300 can still read from it
