LG C9 is currently on sale. Anyone think it will be even cheaper for Black Friday?

Best to buy it at today's price or do you think it will likely be even cheaper for Black Friday? Thanks!

I'm looking to buy a 65". Currently about $2,500 (regular price is about $3,500).

It's 2499 at Costco with 3 year warranty. Dont know why BB instead unless Costco na.

Plus it's 1799 online thru firstclasstv but some folks still fear online...

Top line products like C9 don't get super BF deals but there's still a good chance BB prices would be 2300-2400 in 2 months

Thank you very much. Man, I just checked out FirstClassTV and their prices are very low! Seems almost too good to be true. Have you ever bought anything from them??
its 2k at amazon....I wouldnt buy online, but hey....

Personally no because they are in Fla where I live so I would incur taxes which I did not with Beach/BuyDig or CP otherwise I would have no problem buying from them. I have bought at least 6 sets online over the years and never had an issue other than Sammy capacitors 2 years later, but that had nothing to do with the vendor.

To each his own and I realize some people are much more careful than me, I'm a gambler and dont mind a chance. In the event you do have a problem, I'm sure it becomes a much larger pita if your purchase was online...anywhere. I'm not the type to dissect every aspect of the set trying to find a problem either, so I'm less likely to have a problem. Normally I dont even buy a warranty but I did get SquareTrade for my 77C8 becase for only $99 I couldn't refuse.

Yes, it will be cheaper!
Last year's BF the C8 was available at $2185 (in my country - not US), this year we can expect that the BF price will be similar.

I've bought all of my 55" and up TVs from reputable online dealers and never had a problem. Is Firstclasstv reputable, or is it a bait-and-switch operation (most of the online stores with unbelievably low prices are bait-and-switch operations)?
Thanks very much, everyone. I ended up buying a B8.

I'm not very knowledgeable on this sort of thing, but First Class is not an Authorized LG Dealer. Thus, you will have no manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, the condition and authenticity of the product itself might be questionable. Further, the customer service with First Class might be terrible. I also heard that after you place your order, they call you and tell you that you have to pay more to cover insurance costs or something like that. On the other hand, I believe there are many people who have bought from them with success.

GreenToe states that they only work with Authorized Dealers-anyone know if this is true for an LG OLED 77C9? I see that LG has GreenToe listed as an "Unauthorized Dealer" ? Since a receipt is necessary for any claims, will your receipt say GreenToe or some authorized seller? If anyone has had dealings with GreenToe and can explain this process, I would like to be informed.

My understanding is that green toe is a broker, and your actual sale will be from the actual dealer that delivers your TV, which is supposed to be an authorized one. Of course the authorized ones aren't allowed to advertise a better price, so letting a broker do some in between work lets them work around that restriction.
I noticed something I think is a bit interesting. Browsing one of Best Buys ads I looked at the LG OLED TV's and noticed the 65" C9 had dropped $100 to $2,399.99 with no indication of any special sale.

Same here. And all from Cleveland Plasma. Flawless experience and results.

Seems like its more of a black friday month this year.... They may get a tad cheaper on the street but not much. Retail is a whole different ball game, there is more room to come down......

I am hoping the 55 C9 drops to $1299. $1499 is a good deal, but not quite what I want to pay. However, if the 65" drops to under $2000, I will be very tempted.

It's a damn shame Sony couldn't get HDMI 2.1 implemented into their 2019 models like LG did. As someone who wants to use my OLED for gaming, HDMI 2.1 is a must.
I recently bought one brand new off ebay from FIRSTCLASSTV for around $1800 shipped and received it within a week and 2 days.

Works perfect no damage of any kind and I still have the warranty through LG.

Nice price! Being that First Class TV is not an authorized LG dealer; are you 100% sure you have an active and valid LG manufacturer warranty?
