Very cool. Ironically, just from the raw stats, they haven't matched Matsushita black levels. They'd be at .33 nits vs. ~.2 on the Panasonic.


Still, with brightness to spare, a lot of neat stuff can be done for picture quality.


LG's aggressiveness and plans to have millions of units of annual capacity are a further testament to the continuing reality that the world's two-largest plasma makers are hear to stay (LG and Samsung) despite being the world's two-largest LCD makers.
