i have searched for hours and i cannot find my answer so i am hoping that somone can help me.


I am trying to get into the service menu to see TV hours however, Menu + remote Menu | Ok + Remote OK will not work.


as a side note my TV's buttons are not push buttons... looks like a touch pad

You can see if someone has a service remote. You "sometimes" can get into it with your remote and the buttons, but I never go that route.
