Hello,


Over the weekend my Replay shutdown and gives me a screen to renew my Subscription. My unit has a Lifetime Subscription.


Its gives me a link to sonicblue and dumps the Device ID info on the screen.


I asked a couple of friends who have Replay units as well and they have the same problem.


Is this just a glitch or the end of life for the service now that Direct TV owns them.

It sounds like the unit has not successfully connected in a while. Force a connect via 243 zones.

What ReplayTV model, and what type of connection (phone or network) are you using?
