sent a nasty email to samsung about this yesterday ,got a reply to call , made the call and the acted like they were checking for alerts for this problem , came back and said sorry all we can do is get you a service person to take a look at it , this woll cost 80 to 90 dollars and probably around 500.00 to fix it , so im pissed that i paid 1400 bucks for a sorry ass tv that lasted 2 years!!! i will never buy samsung again!

Did you possibly use a credit card with an extended warranty when you bought the tv. If it's two years or less, then you'd still be covered.

nope i wish , we used our debit card , saved foe a whole year for this shiny piece of plastic with lines all through it
