When I try to push listening mode in the remote it says "Not Available". Why?

Here's my setup:

Input:
Chromecast (2nd gen) connected via HDMI to Receiver.

Speakers:
L, R, F

Streaming Apps used:
Netflix (DD+)
Amazon (DD+)
Youtube (PCM)

What is the "F" speaker? Are you playing the source when trying to select the listening mode?

Is there supposed to be a Listening Mode button? I don't see it on the remote.

Or what mode were you trying to listen to?

He probably already figured out by now that the Mode button is not for listening modes. Listening modes are available from the Stereo, Movie/TV and Music buttons near the Mode button.
