I've been monkeying around with media player classic and ffdshow but I can't quite get it right. I'd also like to find a way to get video card hardware acceleration with my x1900xt (AVIVO?). This is mainly for standard definition dvd's going from my pc to my panasonic th-50px75u through a dvi to hdmi cable. I read that with proper configuration this setup can look better than the most expensive dvd players upscaling abilities but at the moment I don't know what I'm doing and it still looks better just playing movies on my panny dvd s52 player through an s-video cable and letting the tv do the upscaling. Help?
