I have a small room that has almost one entire side wall of windows. One always closed door and one open to a hallway with book shelving on the back wall. I have read about bass traps and wall treatments until I have gotten three headaches and still do not follow all the lingo. I would like to DIY everything to fit or look as good as possible as my lady has been very understanding with me taking over the living room because my 18's won't fit in the even smaller man cave. So here are some pics to go off of (sorry for the mess) (furniture will be changed soon) and I can not do any thing like take out the shelves because I rent. If you have any good ideas on how to stop the mid room nulls and improve overall sound quality please give links or dummy answers. I will not get any abbreviations on things ha.

Wow, really messy. And cluttered. But was thinking the front wall and side wall could use some help. Any ideas? Or bass traps I could actually fit? Note-Second 18" should be here tomorrow.
