I just bought a Loewe 9383 about 2 weeks ago and I believe you can. I haven't tested it yet, however. There is a 15-pin VGA port in the back. Supposedly the Key Digital KD-CTCA3 box will allow you to use that as another component input since the thing only has one.

Here's the kicker, though. I'm waiting right now for a repair guy. It's got some kind of blue discoloration in the upper left corner. I'll let you know how this turns-out.

Well, the tech came and went. It turns-out it's magnetic fields in the room. He turned the set one way and the blue disappeared, he turned it another and it got worse. He said I'd have to live with it or move the TV til its gone.

The VGA input works quite nicely for allowing the 9383 to be a computer monitor. The huge drawback is that you are limited to 640x480. There are some tweaks to improve this if you read the HTC forum, but don't ever expect anywhere near the computer monitor capability of an HD plasma, DLP or similar digital technology.
