Logitech Harmony 720 or Harmon Kardon TC 30?

I don't really see any differences in these 2 models and I would like some suggestions as to which one to get.

The only negative thing I have seen is that the 720 has had reports of the lettering coming off on some of the buttons. Has anyone experienced this with their 720? Does the same thing happen on the TC 30?

EDIT>>do either of these 2 remotes have the motion activated backlight?

Does the TC 30 have the same motion activated backlight?

Also does it have the problem of the lettering wearing off?
The 720 has Logitech/Harmony 800 numbers for Customer Service and Technical Help.

I'm fairly sure that those are not available for TC 30 owners even though the remote is manufactured by Harmony.

Correct - I read this in a recent review. It does use the same database however.
I much prefer the look of the H/K over the 720 ... they seem to be comparably priced. Is there anything that should prevent me from getting the H/K over the 720? Seems the H/K is just a 550 with a color screen and added function buttons, right?
