I am looking into networking a house using an Intellix HDMI Matrix over Cat 6 wiring. My understanding is that the baluns provide both video and ir blaster control. If I want to use logitech universal remote controls, can they be programmed to control the video equipment (dvd player/cable box/apple tv) from local televisions?
